Thought i'd start this board off! I'm going away May 3rd to Oregon America for 11 weeks. So I might be harder to reach for a while (I'll be 8 hours behind), but I GET TO SEE MY FIANCE AGAIN! AHHHHHHHHH! After 10 months!  YAYYYYYY ... lol |

Eeek that's so exciting! I think the longest I've been without seeing my partner is maybe 4 months? 10 months must have been so hard!
But the fact you'll be together for 11 weeks means you can really have a good catch up, and even get used to the lifestyle over there for a little while <3
Got any plans for things you want to see and do while you're out there? ^_^

I just realized this really should be in the personals thread but oh well haha I'll move it later. Yeah! Its been hard but honestly the time has flown by  I can't WAIT to see him again. The only thing I'm worried about is counting down the days when I'm there. I have to try not to let myself do that. I have to try to not to think about having to leave him again... its gut wrenching, thinking about it makes me stomach turn to knots... *sighs* But, its worth it. As much as those few days hurt like hell. I get a good amount of time with him We just try to focus on our plans instead of thinking about having to be apart for now. Yes! I have so many things I want to do ^__^ last year we did hardly anything just bummed around together which was nice actually. I can't wait to hopefully see Portland, Oregon's main city, and go TO THE BEACH ^o^ Besides the fact its really hard... and a strain I think being long distance not only tests your love and relationship, but ultimately strengthens the bond you have. After all, if you're meant to be, you'll do anything to be together! |

Oh and haha, I got back just over a month ago ^__^ I was there for nearly 3 months. Now I am back living at my mums working my butt off full time to save money. I don't know how long it will be before I see him again, probably a year or more *sad face* but hey ho there you go!
